Workflow first. AI second.
Red6 helps SMB and mid-market teams turn messy, manual operations into faster, cleaner, more scalable workflows.
We do not begin with a tool. We begin with the work your team is already doing every day.
The real workflow is usually not in the SOP.
It is in the inbox.
It is in the spreadsheet someone created three years ago.
It is in the portal only two people know how to use.
It is in the Slack message, the forwarded email, the naming convention, the sticky note, and the tribal knowledge your best operator carries around in their head.
That is where we start.
We do four things.
1
Find the painful workflow
We identify a workflow where manual effort is slowing down throughput, increasing errors, delaying customers, or forcing you to add headcount.
Good candidates usually have a few things in common:
- Repetitive tasks
- Messy inputs
- Multiple handoffs
- High review burden
- Lots of status chasing
- Clear operational pain
- Enough volume to justify automation
2
Map the real process
We shadow the work. We interview the operators. We review the artifacts. We look at the systems, inboxes, portals, spreadsheets, and queues involved.
The goal is to understand what actually happens, not what is supposed to happen.
3
Redesign before automating
Automation only works when the workflow is clear enough to support it.
So we define ownership, standardize inputs, identify decision rules, clean up handoffs, and separate repeatable work from judgment-heavy work.
This is where most AI projects skip a step.
We do not.
4
Build and launch the system
Once the workflow is ready, we build the automation layer.
Depending on the workflow, this may include:
- Intake automation
- Document classification
- Data extraction
- Source verification
- Routing rules
- Draft generation
- Exception queues
- Human review steps
- Status updates
- Reporting dashboards
Then we launch with your team and refine the system against real usage.
Good projects have real pain, repeatable work, and a measurable outcome.
We are not the right fit for vague AI exploration.
We are the right fit when you can point to a workflow and say:
- This takes too many hours
- This creates too many errors
- This slows down customers
- This depends on one or two people
- This prevents us from scaling
- This is why we keep needing more headcount
If the pain is real, the workflow is frequent, and the outcome can be measured, we can usually help.
No AI theater.
We do not build demos that never reach production.
We do not recommend tools just because they are popular.
We do not automate workflows that should be redesigned first.
We do not remove humans from work that still needs judgment.
We do not disappear after the build.
The goal is simple: build something useful enough that your team keeps using it after the excitement wears off.
Have one workflow in mind?
Bring us the painful one. The one everyone complains about but nobody has had time to fix.
We will help you figure out whether it is a process problem, an automation opportunity, or both.
