Questions operators usually ask us
Straight answers about how Red6 works, where we fit, and where we do not.
Are you an AI agency?
Not really.
We use AI when it is the right tool, but we are not here to sell AI for its own sake.
Most of our work starts with workflow redesign. We map the process, identify the bottleneck, clean up the handoffs, and then build automation where it creates measurable lift.
What kinds of companies do you work with?
We work with SMB and mid-market companies, especially in operationally complex, document-heavy, inbox-heavy, or compliance-heavy industries.
We are a good fit when the company has enough process volume for automation to matter, but not so much internal capacity that the team can dedicate six months to transformation work.
What workflows are best for Red6?
The best workflows are painful, repeatable, and measurable.
Examples include:
- Document intake
- Request triage
- Inbox routing
- Portal downloads and uploads
- Data extraction
- Reconciliation
- Package assembly
- Compliance review support
- Status updates
- Follow-up loops
Do you replace people?
No.
We remove manual drag around the team.
Most workflows still need judgment, review, customer context, exception handling, and accountability. We design systems that keep humans in the right places and remove the work that slows them down.
How long does an engagement take?
A Bottleneck Fit Call takes 20 minutes.
An Audit Sprint usually takes 1 to 2 weeks.
An Implementation Sprint usually takes 4 to 8 weeks, depending on workflow complexity, integrations, data quality, and review requirements.
Do we need clean data before working with you?
No, but messy data affects what we can automate and how fast we can move.
Many Red6 projects start because the data, documents, and handoffs are messy. Part of our job is to understand what needs to be cleaned, structured, standardized, or routed before automation will work reliably.
Do you integrate with our existing systems?
Usually, yes.
We work around the systems your team already uses: inboxes, spreadsheets, portals, CRMs, ERPs, case management tools, shared drives, and internal databases.
Sometimes the first version does not need a heavy integration. Sometimes it does. We decide based on the workflow, not the technology wish list.
What if we are not ready for AI?
That is fine.
Sometimes the right first step is workflow cleanup, clearer ownership, better intake, or a more structured queue.
If AI is not the right answer yet, we will say that.
What makes Red6 different from buying an AI tool?
Tools assume the workflow is ready.
Most workflows are not.
Red6 helps redesign the workflow, define the operating logic, build the automation layer, and launch it with the team. We are not just adding software. We are fixing the way the work moves.
How do we start?
Start with one stuck workflow.
Bring us the process your team complains about most. We will help you figure out whether it is worth solving, what needs to be fixed first, and whether automation makes sense.
